A wonderful treat from a wonderful friend. She says a terrific treat for your family especially in the fall and winter. Ingredients:
1 cup aunt jemima self rising flour |
1 cup ginger ale |
enough oil, to deep fat fry |
Directions:
1. Stir flour and ginger ale til smooth. 2. Drop by level Tablespoons into oil. 3. They will rise and turn a nice brown. 4. Drain on paper towels. 5. Sprinkle with confectioners (powdered) sugar. |
