An eastern twist on a western cocktail. From the Monsoon restaurant in Tokyo. Ingredients:
1/2 ounce peach schnapps |
1 ounce mango juice |
sparkling wine or champagne |
Directions:
1. Fill a tall narrow glass with ice. 2. Pour ingredients into an iced shaker, shake vigorously, strain into glass and top with sparkling wine. |
