ZANY APPLE SURPRISE ICE CREAM This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Townsend Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1998. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned applesauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pint vanilla ice cream softened |
Directions:
1. Mix applesauce, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Swirl in streaks through vanilla ice cream.
