This is my own nearly identical version of the sauce served at Zahos restaurant in Vouliagmeni, Greece. They serve it over roasted pork and chicken and as a dip with toasted pita and even with salty french fries. Read more . Once you've had it, you'll agree it's the bomb! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 tsp paprika |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons white vinegar |
4 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients well in blender and store, covered, in refrigerator until use. |
