Ingredients:
3 egg yolks |
6 tablespoons dry marsala wine |
3 tablespoons sugar |
4 cups seasonal berries or fruit |
Directions:
1. Using a double boiler or a large bowl placed over a pot of boiling water, whisk together egg yolks, Marsala and sugar. Continue whisking for approximately 8 minutes, or until mixture triples in volume and thickens to the ribbon stage (the point at which it hangs on a spoon that is dipped into it). 2. Serve over berries. |
