Ingredients:
8 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 cup(s) corn oil
2-3 cup(s) fresh za'atar (may substitute fresh oregano but use less)
2 cup(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
3 cup(s) warn (not boiling) water
2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
1 package(s) yeast
Directions:
1. Mix water, salt, sugar, and yeast together in large bowl.
2. Add oils and flour and mix well with hands. Add more flour if needed.
3. Add za'atar and mix to combine.
4. Shape handfuls of dough into rounds on floured work surface.
5. Bake in 350-400 F oven for 25 minutes.
6. May place under broiler to brown tops.
