2 ripe mangoes, diced |
1/2 cup red onion, diced |
4 roma tomatoes, diced |
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
2 limes, juice of |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon paprika |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. 2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. 3. Salsa may be kept refrigerated for up to two days. |
