Ingredients:
1/2 lb roma tomato, 1/4-inch dice |
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced |
1/2 ounce cilantro, finely chopped |
1 lime |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 avocado, 1/2-inch dice |
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded |
1 cup black beans, cold |
1/4 cup ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. Add 1st 6 ingredients in large stainless steel bowl. Mix well with a rubber spatula. 2. Add avocado and mix well. 3. Add shredded iceberg and ranch dressing. Mix well and serve immediately to say fresh and crispy. |
