A healthier and more flavorful alternative to French fries. Serve these with your favorite burger, Sloppy Joe or other hot sandwich.
Ingredients:
10-12 mini red potatoes
1 tb. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sea salt.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Cut potatoes into thin wedges, no more than 1/4 inch thick.
3. Place potatoes and all other ingredients into a gallon storage bag.
4. Shake until well coated.
5. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (shiny side down) in a single layer.
6. Bake for 17 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and turn potatoes.
8. Bake for an additional 17 minutes or until desired crispness.
9. Serve immediately.
