Ingredients:
1 lb ground veal or 1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg white
1 teaspoon grated lemon, zest of
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1.
Combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties.
2.
Place on rack in broiler pan or grill.
3.
Cook 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
