Very unique, very different, very sausagy and very good. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 pound knockwurst cooked and cooled |
2 small dill pickles |
1 medium onion |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon capers |
1 tablespoon parsley chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut knockwurst into small cubes then mince pickles and onion. 2. Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. 3. Adjust seasonings if desired then add capers and mix well. 4. Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions then just before serving garnish with parsley. |
