Ingredients:
8 oz nasoya lite silken tofu |
2 tablespoons almond breeze |
1 3/10 tablespoon nutritional yeast |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tsp olive oil |
1 cup mushrooms |
2/5 cup onions |
2 1/2 oz kale |
Directions:
1. sauté mushrooms, onions, and kale, or vegetables of your choice, beforehand and set aside 2. blend all other ingredients (except for olive oil) until smooth 3. pour mixture into lightly oiled nonstick skillet and pour sauteed vegetables on top 4. fold over when edges are firm and cook for a few more minutes 5. enjoy! |
