I made thins up one day when I was on the go and only had a few things on hands so I put it in the blender and it turned out yummy Ingredients:
1 frozen ripe banana |
150 g non-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 pineapple rings |
1/2 mango |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Put everything in the blender. Blend and serve. Enjoy. |
