Any Tofu, doesn't matter , soft, hard, firm... I think the firm or hard have more protein in them. And the soft makes the smoothie more creamy so you can just play with it. I know how I like it.If you use frozen fruit with sugar you can eliminate the sweetner. You want 1 cup of frozen fruit you can mix it match it etc. Oh and if you defrost the frozen fruit just a bit it makes it smoother for some reason, not necessary if rushed. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
1/3 cup tofu (1/3 tub of tofu) |
8 ounces liquid, drink (any nutritional supplement drink you like, example slim fast, boost, etc find one low sugar, high pr) |
1 banana |
1 cup any frozen fruit |
1 cup ice |
1 ounce nutra sweet sugar substitute (1 packet) or 1 ounce splenda sugar substitute (1 packet) |
Directions:
1. Put all these ingredients in blender. 2. Enjoy! |
