SO YUMMY! I love these brownies and could eat them all day. :) :D Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
16 cinnamon graham crackers |
1 brownie mix |
1 1/2 cups water |
1/3 cup oil |
3 whole eggs |
2 (8 ounce) cans vanilla frosting |
1 (11 ounce) bag marshmallows |
1 (10 ounce) bag cinnamon hearts candies (optional) |
Directions:
1. Crush the graham crackers in a small bowl. Melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with graham crackers. Set aside. Mix up brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water. Make sure to MIX WELL. Add marshmallows and mix with a spoon to make sure you don't break them. 2. Use shortening or cooking spray to grease the sides of a 13 X 9 pan. Put the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of the pan, then our brownie batter over it. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes, or until done. 3. Take out of oven and let cool completely. Frost with vanilla frosting. Sprinkle cinnamon hearts on top, if using. I usually cut them into 9 jumbo brownies. :). |
