This is another one my mom would throw together at the last minute for potlucks. The plate never came back with any leftovers, which always made us sad. I even requested that she serve this at my bridal shower! Ingredients:
8 flour tortillas |
4 -8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese in light to moderate thickness, depending on how much you like cream cheese. (This taste great with non-fat or low-fat cream cheese as well). 2. Spread thin layer of Salsa over cheese. 3. Layer with sliced olives. 4. Roll tortillas and slice into appetizer sized pieces (approx 1/2 inch). 5. Enjoy! |
