Great traditional queso with a little twist! It's GREAT! I use 2% velveeta and fat free/reduced fat mushroom soup. Ingredients:
1 lb velveeta cheese (cut up) |
1/2 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb hot sausage |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain hamburger and sausage. 2. Add to crockpot with all other ingredients. 3. Simmer in crockpot until Velveeta is melted. |
