Ingredients:
7-8 piece(s) potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces |
3 whole(s) large eggs boiled, peeled, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
5-6 tablespoon(s) light mayo |
1-2 teaspoon(s) mustard |
1-2 teaspoon(s) salad sweet cubes |
3 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil the cut potatoes about 20 minutes. Boil the eggs in a separate pot and boil for about 15 minutes then place in bowl of cold water to cool off before peeling and cutting. Mix the potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, sweet cubes and salt and pepper (more or less to liking) together until mixed thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. |
