This recipe is really delicious and perfect for summer- a true delight! Ingredients:
9 -10 plums, cut in half or quarters (any kind you like) |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F- spray ovenproof pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. 2. toss the cut plum halves and quarters in a bowl with the cinnamon and sugar; spread on the bottom of the pan (add more if necessary) 3. For the Topping: 4. 3. Mix flour in a bowl and slowly add in the butter; continue until it becomes like a crumbly topping; add sugar and mix 5. 4. Pour over the plums 6. 5. Leave in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until topping golden brown. 7. 6. Enjoy! |
