Easy to make and a huge crowd pleaser-I mean who doesn't love pepperoni and melted cheese? I make these at every party I host. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package thinly sliced pepperoni |
15 slices french bread, cut 1/4 inch thick |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 tablespoons minced green onions |
Directions:
1. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet using aluminum foil. 2. Broil bread 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted. 3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon onion evenly on the bread. 4. Top with pepperoni (I usually put two on). 5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onion evenly over pepperoni. 6. Broil 1 minute until cheese melts. |
