The best meatloaf I've ever made. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 sweet onion, diced |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup saltine cracker crumb (broken in your hand) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
4 tablespoons ketchup |
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix all meat ingredients with a mixture or by hand. 3. Shape mixture into loaf shape. 4. Place on baking sheet that has high sides. 5. Pour sauce over top and around the sides. 6. In a seperate bowl, mix sauce ingredients and wisk. 7. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mintues. 8. Make sure internal temperature is above 165 degrees F. 9. Let rest. 10. ENJOY! |
