A light cole slaw that tastes good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
salt |
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. 2. Mix into cole slaw. 3. Let set for at least 10 minutes. Overnight is even better. 4. Enjoy. |
