My mom found this recipe. My husband loves this recipe. Mainly because it has two things that he loves, rice and corn. Not to mention it's so easy. Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) box chicken rice-a-roni (prepared as directed) |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can celery soup |
1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn (used 2 can if desired) |
1 (8 ounce) jar cheese whiz |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in 2 1/2-quart casserole bowl. 2. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. 3. * To make spicy use cheese with jalapeño peppers. |
