These are a great way to start your day Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 scoop vanilla protein powder |
1/3 cup soymilk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup canola oil |
2 carrots |
1 cup oatmeal |
1/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix together all wet ingredients. 2. Mix all dry, except oatmeal and raisins, in a separate bowl. 3. Add dry to wet. 4. Add oatmeal and raisins. 5. Bake at 400F for 12 minute. |
