This dip goes with me to all parties and it is one of the first ones gone. I love it because it is simple but delicious and I always have the ingredients on hand. All swiss can be substituted instead of using mozzarella or experiment with the cheese or your choice. You will be asked for this recipe! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup mayonnaise (full fat version!) |
1 1/2 cups deli ham, chopped |
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard |
crackers and tortilla chips, for dipping |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, cheeses, green pepper and mustard. Spread in an ungreased 9 pie plate. 2. Bake at 400 12-15 minute Do not overbake or the mayonnaise will separate. |
