Ingredients:
6 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
2 cups coconut
4 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
3/4 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cups assorted dried fruit
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325. Mix oats, wheat germ, walnuts, pecans, almonds and.

3. Mix canola oil, honey & brown sugar in a glass measuring cup and microwave for 50 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Pour over dry mixture and mix well. Spread in two large sheet cake pans sprayed with nonstick butter flavor spray. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. After baking, add fruit. Cool completely. Store in air tight container.
