Yummy Garlicky Green Beans |

Attempted to make green beans like the chinese place I love and stumbled upon these instead. Ingredients:
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb green beans |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 -6 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add green beans making sure that olive oil is distributed evenly, season with salt depending on your taste. Saute for about 10-15 minutes until softened but still crispy. Add minced garlic coating all green beans evenly for about 2-3 minutes, not too long as you don't want the garlic to brown at all-this can leave a bitter flavor. Immediately take off heat, let sit for another 2-3 minute Enjoy! 2. I love garlic and usually use the 6 cloves, but you can use less to your taste. |
