Use a precooked pizza crust with fresh ingredients like spinach and broccoli topped with Feta to create a flavorful vegetarian Greek pizza. Ingredients:
1 precooked pizza crust (rustic crust or mama marys) |
4 ounces pizza sauce or 4 ounces basil pesto |
3 plum tomatoes, sliced |
1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets |
2 ounces kalamata olives |
1 ounce feta cheese |
1 bunch spinach, chopped |
olive oil |
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced |
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Spread pizza sauce or pesto onto crust. Then sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella cheese. 3. Next, top with all vegetables. 4. Crumble feta on top, then add rest of mozzarella. 5. Brush with olive oil and bake 8-12 minutes. |
