This is an easy way to make yummy deviled eggs! Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 3 tablespoons light cream |
Directions:
1. Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise. 2. Slip out yolks. 3. Mash with fork; mix in seasonings and dressing. 4. Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it up lightly. |
