Recipe from a crock-pot cookbook. Super yummy and always requested! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package shredded crabmeat or 1 (16 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, squeezed |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 lb cheese spread, cubed |
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
garlic powder, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH about 1 hour, until cheese is melted - stirring frequently. Add Garlic Powder to taste. Serve with crackers, toasted sourdough, or cheddar garlic biscuits. |
