I really like to have this side dish as a snack or with a few ounces of meat and some sliced tomatos for a dinner. Ingredients:
1 lb low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to cottage cheese and stir. |
