This is not just your ordinary coleslaw. The dried cranberries, almonds and pineapple make it extra special. You just have to try it!! Yum!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion, with white and green parts
1/2 cup toasted almond
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple, drained
5 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, almonds, cranberries, pineapple, celery, green onions and green pepper in a large bowl with a snap on lid.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a seperate bowl, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Pour dressing over slaw just before serving.
4. Stir well.
5. Enjoy.
