I got this recipe from a can of condensed milk an it makes a great rich fudge which can be altered easily. I like to mark out the squares before its fully set as it makes it easier for cutting once its set.Also you can leave out the nuts or replace them if you wish. Simple and quick recipe. Ingredients:
18 ounces milk chocolate chips |
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
1 dash salt |
6 ounces chopped nuts |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt choc chips , salt and condensed milk together in a heavy pan over a low heat. 2. remove from heat and add the chopped nuts (you can leave these out if you wish or replace with something else) and vanilla. 3. Pour into a lined 9 inch pan and refridgerate for 2 hours or until its firm. 4. Turn out and cut into squares. |
