This is a great EASY Marsala recipe. I have made it for many parties. It's always enjoyed by the family. Ingredients:
1 -2 lb chicken |
6 tablespoons butter |
3 -4 shallots |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 cup marsala wine |
sliced mushrooms |
flour |
Directions:
1. Coat Chicken lightly in flour. 2. Melt butter in skillet. 3. Add chicken. 4. Chop up 3-4 Shallots. 5. When you turn the chicken add the shallots and garlic to the tops of the chicken. 6. When chicken is done add Marsala wine cook for 5 minutes. 7. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes. |
