Yummy Banana Flax Sandwich

Another one of my unique creations that is simply delicious. Quick, easy, healthy and tasty.... you can't go wrong with that!
Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
2 teaspoons organic butter, more to taste
2 teaspoons flax seed meal, more to taste
organic cinnamon, to taste
1 banana
Directions:
1. With toast still warm, spread both pieces with butter. Sprinkle flax seed meal then cinnamon on top of both slices.
2. Slice 1/2 banana and sandwich between pieces of decorated toast.
3. Enjoy warm with other 1/2 banana.
