Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup(s) cheddar/jack shredded cheese, divided |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1/4 cup(s) green onion |
1/2 package(s) ranch salad dressing powder mix |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and 1/2 c. cheese shreds. Reserve 1 T bacon crumbles for topping, add remaining bacon to mixture. 2. Pour mixture into a small casserole dish and top with 1/2 c. cheese shreds. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes til bubbly. 4. Top with remaining bacon and chopped green onions. Serve with tortilla chips. |
