Yummy Artichoke Dip

This appetizer is always a hit ! Even those who do not care for artichokes gobble this up.
Ingredients:
1 6.5 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. grated parmesan
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 4 oz. can chopped green chile peppers
Directions:
1. -Preheat oven to 350
2. -In a medium bowl, mix artichoke, mayo, 1 cup of parmesan, cream cheese, and green chile peppers. Scoop into a pie pan or medium shallow baking pan. Top with remaining parmesan.
3. -Bake 25 min.'s or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
4. Serve with crackers or thin sliced squares of bread such as pumpernickel.
