Quick, fat free yogurt that you will love if you like raisins or Craisins! Just enough to satisfy your sweet cravings, but not overly sweet. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt |
1/4 cup craisins or 1/4 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons honey (approximate) |
5 fat free sourdough pretzels (bite sized) (optional) |
Directions:
1. 1. In a cereal bowl, mix yogurt and honey. Add raisins/Craisins and pretzels. |
