Very easy! My fiance who doesn't usually bake now makes this recipe all the time so we never run out of these delicious muffins! For a healthier version leave out the chocolate chips. Ingredients:
3 cups bananas |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup butter |
1 tablespoon flax seed |
1/2 cup oats |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas, add sugar and egg. Melt butter, add to mixture. Sift dry ingredients, and add to banana mixture. Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
