Ingredients:
1/4 cup long grain brown rice, cooked
3 tbsp black beans, drained
1 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp light sour cream
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients in a small bowl. Add Yumm! sauce.
