1/4 cup long grain brown rice, cooked |
3 tbsp black beans, drained |
1 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/8 cup tomatoes, diced |
1/4 avocado, sliced |
1 tbsp light sour cream |
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients in a small bowl. Add Yumm! sauce. |
