A favorite of mine from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals. It's so quick and easy! Ingredients:
2 small avocados |
1 lime, juice of, small |
1 large garlic clove, minced |
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped |
1 small tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
salt & pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Scoop the flesh of the avocados out into a bowl. 2. Squeeze the lime over the mashed avocado. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Mix and mash to a chunky consistency. 5. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips! |
