Yum! Garlic Guacamole (From Rachael Ray)

A favorite of mine from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals. It's so quick and easy!
Ingredients:
2 small avocados
1 lime, juice of, small
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Scoop the flesh of the avocados out into a bowl.
2. Squeeze the lime over the mashed avocado.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Mix and mash to a chunky consistency.
5. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
