From the City Times! Ingredients:
120 g cleaned prawns |
10 g chili sauce |
15 g sweet chili |
5 g spring onions |
2 cups steamed rice |
1 tablespoon white soya sauce |
1 tablespoon white soya sauce |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
2 tablespoons oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons corn oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok on medium flame. 2. When its hot, add all the seasonings with the sweet chili and chili sauce. 3. Cook for 3 minutes. 4. Add prawns. 5. Cook for 3 more minutes. 6. Garnish with spring onions and serve on top of steamed rice. |
