Ingredients:
120 g cleaned prawns
10 g chili sauce
15 g sweet chili
5 g spring onions
2 cups steamed rice
1 tablespoon white soya sauce
1 tablespoon white soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons corn oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
2. When its hot, add all the seasonings with the sweet chili and chili sauce.
3. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add prawns.
5. Cook for 3 more minutes.
6. Garnish with spring onions and serve on top of steamed rice.
