Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
5 ounces bleu cheese spread |
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, chopped |
2 tablespoons instant onion |
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion.
2. Shape into 10 X 2 roll; wrap in waxed paper.
3. Chill 3-4 hours.
4. Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers.
