1/4 lb butter |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan, add the mushrooms and garlic. 2. Saute until the mushrooms are done. 3. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes, then ad the 2 sauces andheat on low for 12 minutes. 4. Use to baste your steaks or serve on the side. |
