A quick snack to help you get through the rest of the day. If you let it in the freezer for 10 minutes, it gets even better. you can soak the plums in 1/2 cup of water so they'll get softer, if you wish. Ingredients:
8 ounces low-fat greek yogurt |
1 cup sugar-free cranberry jell-o (any flavor will do) |
6 dried plums (or any other dried fruit) |
1 g stevia |
Directions:
1. 1. In a bowl, mix the gelatin until it'ss crushed. 2. 2. And the yogurt and the stevia until it's all mixed together. 3. 3. Put the plums on top and let it in the freezer for 10 minutes before eating. |
