this recipe is almost too easy to make. It is light, almost like a mousse, and always turns out yummy.
Ingredients:
graham cracker crust or pastry crust
2 (300 g) packages almond flavoured dessert tofu
3 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Once the chips are melted, remove from heat and blend in the tofu until smooth.
2. Pour into the baked crust and let set in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
