So good and easy too! My kind of recipe!! Ingredients:
1 can sliced peaches |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons flour |
dash salt |
1/3 stick butter |
1 package refrigerator sugar cookies(or butterscotch nut cookies!) |
Directions:
1. Fill 9 inch shallow pan with peaches
2. Mix sugar, flour & salt
3. Sprinkle over peaches
4. Top with refrigerator cookies, sliced 1/4 inch thick
5. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
6. Top with whipped cream or ice cream- YUM!
