Yorkshire pudding is a traditional English dish and goes great with sunday roasts. Ingredients:
4oz plain flour |
1 egg |
1/2 pint of milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 7/ 220 degrees. 2. mix the egg and flour together. 3. Blend in the milk a little at a time blending into a smooth paste. 4. pour the mixture into moulds and bake until the mixture has risen and the puddings are golden and crisp |
