Special addition to a roast beef dinner. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 c milk |
15 oz . flour |
1/2 oz. oil |
1/2 tsp. vanilla |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Heat muffin tins for 1 hour until very, very hot.. 2. Heat milk until warm. Put remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix and then add milk. Beat just to blend. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Strain batter to remove any lumps. 3. Remove muffin tins from oven. Spray with non-stick coating. Fill alternate holes with batter until almost full. Bake 40-50 minute until golden brown. 4. The secret is that the pans must be very, very hot. |
