This recipe was given to my mother by a Chef. Tasty, light, and the 'yorkies' literally DO melt in your mouth... a perfect combination with roast beef! Ingredients:
* 1 cup milk |
* 1/4 cup cooking oil |
* 2 eggs |
* 1 cup all purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Put in blender in the order written - and blend about 2 minutes - 2. Prepare muffin pans: 3. pour a little more oil in each muffin cup, then fill 1/2 full with pudding mix 4. Bake in hot oven - 450-500*F for 15-20 minutes. 5. Drizzle with gravy and serve. 6. The Chef who gave this recipe was Executive Chef at Toronto's Royal York Hotel. |
